Before booking a class, we kindly request that you review our Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).

1. Our classes are open to individuals aged 18 and above.

2. Please show your confirmation email upon arrival.

3. Please be aware that all workshop bookings are non-refundable.

4. Bookings are transferable to other guests. If you can't attend yourself or wish to gift the session to someone else, please confirm this via email to cs.ardoriscent@gmail.com . Provide us with the guest's name and email address for booking confirmation. A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for booking changes.

5. If you are unable to attend the workshop, we appreciate your timely communication. Kindly email us at cs.ardoriscent@gmail.com with a minimum of 7 working days' notice before your scheduled session.

6. Due to limited workshop spaces, rescheduling to other dates is not possible. Please ensure that you and any guests you are booking for can attend your session. 

7. Punctuality is essential as our classes start promptly. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session to get comfortable and meet your fellow participants. Late arrivals may not be able to join the session and could be considered a cancellation, with no option to reschedule unfortunately. Please understand  that it requires a certain period of times for the wax to dry.

Corporate/ Prvate Workshops:

In addition to public workshops, we also offer private workshops and have experience in organizing corporate events that bring together creative talent for special occasions.

• All corporate workshop inquiries must be made through our official channels, either via the contact form on our website or through email. Workshop availability and details will be discussed, and a formal agreement will be reached between both parties before confirming the booking

​

• Full payment is required to secure the booking for the corporate event. Payment details and instructions will be provided upon confirmation of the workshop.

​

• Cancellations made by the corporate client are subject to the following conditions: Full refund if cancelled at least 21 days before the scheduled workshop date. NO refund if cancelled within 14 days before the scheduled workshop date. ArdoriScent reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 14 working days.

• If the workshop is to be held at the client's office, it is the responsibility of the corporate client to provide a safe and suitable environment for the workshop, including necessary safety equipment.

​

• The workshop is open to participants aged 18 and above. It is the responsibility of the corporate client to ensure that all participants meet this age requirement.

​

• Participants are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a prompt and smooth beginning of the workshop.

​

• Due to the hands-on nature of the workshop, rescheduling to other dates is not possible once the order has been made. Please ensure that all participants can attend the scheduled session.

​

• For event agencies, please ensure that event insurance is in place.

​

• Please inform us immediately if unexpected events have occurred that may impact the workshop event. The above terms and conditions will apply to any agency client who acted as a middleman to organize the event for corporate clients.

By booking our corporate candle workshop, the corporate client agrees to adhere to the above terms and conditions.
